Low Profile US Sankey Keg Coupler D System – Stainless Steel
The most popular system available in the United States is the Low Profile US Sankey Keg Coupler D System, commonly referred to as the American Sankey. The majority of craft breweries and all of the major breweries, including Anheuser-Busch, Miller, Molson-Coors, and Labatt, use it.
“Tapping” the keg connects the keg coupler to the keg valve. The coupler is where the beer hose that connects to the beer faucet and the gas line that comes from the CO2 tank/regulator attach.
Standard keg couplers require a certain amount of space above the top of the keg. Because of its low-profile design, which only protrudes by less than an inch above the rim, installing and using your keg setup in a small space will be simpler. Use with: Wine, cider, and all beers.

To tap: extend the probe, line up the keg lugs, and insert it into the keg valve. To stop tapping the keg, push down and rotate it clockwise.
WARNING: When the low profile coupler is untapped, the gas is not turned off. When removing the coupler from the keg or uncoupling it, turn off the gas. When untapped, lever handle couplers cut off the gas.
