The Low Profile US Sankey Keg Coupler D System, also known as the American Sankey, is the most common system used in the U.S. It’s the go-to choice for major breweries like Anheuser-Busch, Miller, Molson-Coors, and Labatt, as well as many craft breweries. This keg coupler connects to the keg valve, allowing you to tap into your keg. Both the gas line from the CO2 tank/regulator and the beer hose to the beer faucet attach to the coupler.

Unlike standard keg couplers, this low-profile design doesn’t require much clearance above the top of your keg. It only sticks up less than an inch above the rim, making it super convenient to install and operate your keg setup even in tight spaces. You can use it for all types of drinks, including beers, wine, and cider.
