Behind the counter

This is the space under your bar, in the back bar area, where you may place sinks, drink coolers, kegs, or even microwaves for those delicious bar snacks. Because many of your basic equipment and mixers will be stored below.

There are various instruments used by bartenders behind the bar counter. The freezing bucket, sink, speed rail, glassware, garnish station, bar and restaurant cleaning supplies, and other frequently used bar equipment should all be easy to access. There are also various important bar tools that bartenders use to mix drinks, such as spiral-shaped spoons, shapely wooden sticks, shakers everywhere, measuring devices with common names, blenders, juicers, mallets, funnels, and small spouts on the top of every bottle.
