The pressure relief valve releases extra gas from the keg if it becomes over-pressurized, serving as an uncomplicated replacement component for Cornelius or Soda keg lids. It’s suitable for use with Ball lock and pin lock style kegs and can be easily fitted onto most Cornelius kegs.
