• Fill the Keg with Cold Brew: After cleaning, pour your cold brew into the keg and securely close it using the Quick Cascade Keg Lid.
• Connect Lines and Regulate Pressure: Attach the draft line to the keg’s liquid outpost and connect the regulator to a nitrogen tank. Set the pressure between 35-45 psi and let it rest for full nitrogenation.
