Stainless Steel Kettle Spider for Hops (C851)

Kettle spider to hang hops from straining bags. The three spokes provide support and balance to the kettle. The ring at the centre is where you’d set the bag up with hops inside. It makes bags easier to use with hops because it is open throughout the boil.

Make your hop additions easier with a Kettle Spider. Attach reusable nylon bags with drawstrings and use the Kettle Spider to steep grains in an extract batch or use for multiple hop additions in a boil. Also keeps bags off the bottom of the kettle, preventing a hole from developing in your bag.

This is a great way to infuse the hop flavours into your brew while boiling. Hops are now at the centre of the boiling kettle which keeps them in constant contact with the wort throughout. The strainer bag keeps the hops together and is easy to remove after boiling.

Made from 304 Stainless steel with adjustable anti-slip silicone sleeves.  Diameter of the hole: 3 3/4″.  Length of Arms: 10″.
