D System Cleaning Kit with Plastic Cleaning Bottle – 1.3 Gallon
The D System Cleaning Kit with Plastic Cleaning Bottle is an essential tool for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of your beer dispensing system. This 1.3-gallon (5-liter) pressurized cleaning bottle is made from durable plastic. It efficiently cleans beer lines, ensuring a hygienic and high-quality beer serving experience. The Keg cleaning Kit or we can say Beer line cleaning kit includes a plastic bottle with a maximum pressure of 65 PSI and an operating temperature range of 2º to 20ºC (36º to 68ºF). It’s easy to use and perfect for bars, restaurants, and home brewers who use a D system keg coupler.
How to use –
- Prepare the Cleaning Solution: Unscrew the metal cover and ensure the extractor spear tube is attached to the bottle metal cover. Mix lukewarm (not hot) water with the beer line cleaning chemical as per the instructions on the plastic pressurized cleaning tank.
- Connect the System: Place a bucket under the beer faucet and connect the keg coupler with the cleaning bottle.
- Clean the Lines: Allow the necessary time for the solution to work, then open the tap with the bucket underneath to let the solution pull through.
- Rinse the Bottle: Once the bottle is empty, disconnect the keg coupler, release the pressure valve, and remove the cap. Discard any remaining liquid and rinse the inside of the bottle with clean water.
- Flush the Lines: Fill the cleaning bottle with fresh clean water, re-attach the keg coupler, and open the tap with a bucket underneath to flush out any cleaning solution.
- Final Steps: Once the lines are clear of water, detach the keg coupler, release the pressure valve, and re-attach the keg coupler to the keg. Open the beer tap to push out any remaining water.
